You're from Utah alright!

:)

I used to have a Utah accent when I was a kid, but I moved so much (Maine, Virgina, Massachussetts, etc) that I pretty much lost it.

Great to hear your voice!

Ha, Ezra, I've actually only lived in Utah for the last couple of years. Most people don't catch any accent 'cause I'm from a state with a pretty subtle accent marked mostly by somewhat lazy vowels. But I do catch myself using Utah-isms, such as last night. I'm blaming it on it being the middle of the night and me being punchy. :-)

I hit play on this and then started doing other stuff in my room, thinking it would be a typical treatise on some fascinating topic. And then it just ended. Lol.

Ha ha, I just listened to this again and thought, "Wow, O-Mo...that's riveting." Ah, the things one does from boredom at 2 am. Fortunately, I got tired enough to sleep shortly after this, or I might have done more experimenting. Videos of gay mormon sock puppets singing musicals, maybe...?

El Genio, I didn't see your comment until after I'd written my last one. My response: sorry if that disappointed. ;-) But hey, if I do more of these, you can bet there will be a treatise or two, fascinating or completely otherwise. Sometimes, I'm driving on a road trip somewhere, and I record my thoughts for a half hour or more. I'll try to spare y'all from those, though. ;-)

I loved hearing your voice (as I always do), but somehow I was expecting to hear you break into song, which is something I've never heard you do, although you've sung a fair share with large groups, and I imagine you are a fairly good singer, so I wanted to hear you sing, so that was a bit disappointing, but nice to hear you anyway. How's that for run-on sentence?

I do not break out into song.

...OK, sometimes when I'm driving. Or in the shower. Or randomly throughout the day. But no, I do not have a solo voice. You'll just have to believe me on that one. :-)

Funny . . . I do the same thing . . . always singing or humming or whistling, and I don't have a solo voice either. Music is inside of me all the time . . . ALL the time. I don't care who hears me. They can tell me to shut up if it bothers them :-)
